Employee Grievance

Standing Committee for Grievance Redressal

RGCB is in an exciting phase of growth. However, as with all growing institutions, this may also give rise to grievances, complaints, and expressions of discontent among employees. A suitable forum to address, analyze, and where applicable resolve such concerns or dismiss frivolous complaints is therefore mandatory. RGCB has a Standing Committee for Grievance Redressal to advise the institute management and Director regarding the resolution of grievances of permanent employees concerning any matter involving the interpretation or application of existing institute policies and procedures.

Details of the working procedures of the Grievance Committee are available on the institute's website. Copies of the RGCB Office Manual, including rules and regulations approved by the General Body and Governing Body of RGCB, are currently in press and will soon be available for distribution among all permanent employees. This will also be published on the institute's website.
