Submission and Conflict of Interest in Grievance Handling

All submissions shall be made in writing to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), duly signed and dated.
If the complainant has any prior association or conflict with any member of the Grievance Redressal Committee, the Director, RGCB, shall nominate an alternate member for hearing the complaint to ensure impartiality.
