BRIC-RGCB organized the IISF 2025 curtain raiser event on November 21, 2025
BRIC-RGCB organized the IISF 2025 curtain raiser event on November 21, 2025, at its Akkulam campus. Dr. T. R. Santhosh Kumar, Director (Additional Charge), welcomed the gathering. Shri Vivekanda Pai, Secretary General of Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA), provided an overview of IISF 2025. Dr. K.B. Harikumar briefed about the D.E.S.I.G.N. for the BioE3 Challenge launched by the Department of Biotechnology. Invited talks were given by Dr. K. R. Mahendran and Dr. Dileep Vasudevan. The program was attended by Shri S Mohanan Nair, Chief Controller; Er. Rajasekharan K, Head of Research Engineering Service; Shri R Abga, South Zone Organizing Secretary, VIBHA; staff; and students from RGCB and neighbouring colleges. Dr. Anish N. P. proposed the vote of thanks. After the program, students had the opportunity to visit the state-of-the-art central instrumentation facilities and various laboratories.
