Submission and Conflict of Interest in Complaint Handling
- All submissions shall be made in writing to the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), duly signed and dated.
- If the complainant has any prior association or conflict with any member of the Anti-Ragging Committee, the Director, RGCB, shall nominate an alternate member for hearing the complaint to ensure impartiality.
