Analysis and Sorting

No. We don't have a wet lab facility here. You have to bring your processed samples ready to get analysed in 5ml FACS tubes.
We need a minimum of 350ul for the analysis.
You should bring your samples in 5ml FACS tubes and with a minimum of 350ul volume to get it analysed. 40micron cell strainer should be brought and the final straining should be carried out in the facility itself in the laminar airflow provided.
CDs/DVDs to collect your data from the facility should be brought with you. A request letter addressing The Director, RGCB should be brought to the facility before doing the payment for getting entry to the facility.

Our's is an instrumentation facility and no wet lab available. So it will be difficult for you to do the processing here unless you bring a table top portable centrifuge for your processing. We can provide a laminar airflow and a work bench for you.
