Evaluation of the mechanism of induction of apoptosis by two Frog Skin Active Peptides
My study involves characterization of bioactive peptides present in the skin secretion of Indosylviranaaurantiaca, an endemic frog of Western Ghats. We currently aim to uncover the mechanism of induction of cell death in cancer cells, and the pathways through which it initiate apoptosis.
