The facility provides histological and technical support to investigators. The facility has an automatic tissue processor (Leica TP1020), microtome (Leica RM2255), and cryostat (Leica CM 1950 and CM 1850) and Modular Tissue Embedding Unit (Leica EG1150). The team helps in tissue fixation and preparation, tissue processing and embedding, and tissue sectioning (FFPE and cryo).
