• Priority will be given to PhD students who are not receiving a fellowship along with Bachelor's and Master's students.
• PhD students currently not availing a fellowship/stipend/salary are requested to email ian2025@rgcb.res.in with a signed endorsement letter from their Guide or HOD by Friday, 1st August 2025, 3:00 PM.
• The student accommodation portal will open for these students on Saturday, 2nd August 2025 12.00 PM.
• The portal will open for all registered students (irrespective of fellowship/stipend/salary) on Tuesday, 5th August 2025 12.00 PM.
• Note: Only students who have completed registration with payment will be eligible to select and pay for student accommodation.
